Whenever I told this story over the past 20 years, people would say, “It’s a movie. It’s a book. You should write it down.” Finally, I started writing in 2023, edited the manuscript in 2024, and went through the publishing process in 2025. The Cave book was launched on 31 January 2026. Anyone who would like to hear more about the story, get an exclusive glimpse into how to write, edit, publish, and market a non-fiction book, is warmly invited to join Chris Thompson and me at The Bridge. The workshop will begin with an interview conducted by Chris, followed by a Q&A session and an opportunity to get the book signed by the author.

The launch event was fantastic! I still don’t know if my new identity of an ‘author’ feels right, nevertheless I am probably one as the book is out in the world, living its own life. Good luck!
