What-if We Don’t Have Time to Exercise? E.g. Before Christmas…

We all (ok, most of us… ;)) love to do sports, exercise, stay active. However, there are times in life when “other stuff” takes over and we simply don’t have time or will to follow our usual fitness routine. In today’s video I speak exactly about that situation and what to do about it. Just happened to me! Recently we were really busy moving houses and you can imagine that’s kind of project sucking all energy… I was not sure whether I should stress about it or just let things flow and get back to exercise and running when everything is sorted out. Here are my thoughts for your inspiration:
