ExFitt Hard-Core Series – 5 Minutes of Core Strength
Let me share with you one piece of ExFitt program for free: ‘Hard-core Series’ – challenging and effective five minutes core strength fitness routine. There are two videos for you: first with a bit of background about core muscles:
and second with the actual workout. Of course, it’s not enough to exercise just once 😉 I would recommend 2-3 times a week, always with one day break to rest your muscles. Note: this workout is not easy at all, one can do it after consistently working hard for some time. Do try but it is important to build your strength step-by-step. If anything hurts, stop and take it easy, move to the following exercise.
