Why Do We Want To Be Fit?
Let’s explore why we want to be fit. What motivates us to stay healthy? What are the objectives behind keeping our body strong and flexible? What can we do IF we are fit? From my view, fitness is not our objective!
Objectives could be: look good, be attractive, full of energy to ‘survive’ our busy life, inspiration for people at work. Or in my case…I want to be faster than my kids! I like to experience different outdoor activities with them, like skiing, freediving, trekking, bodysurfing in the ocean. That’s why I want to be fit & healthy.
