Good days, bad days…how to manage?
All of us have these good or even great days. Full of energy, creative sense, almost feeling like possessing superpowers close to the Iron Man. I don’t want to talk about these today. Let’s discuss days that are bad. I just had one of those bad days or even a couple of them in a row. How to manage? How to get out of ‘valley of despair’? Let’s discuss a couple of successful strategies.
